Electrical system:- 12 volt domestic power supplied from 70 amp alternator through new (Aug 2010) 4 x 120 amp Victron deep cycle batteries .Generally 12v led lighting ,bilge pump ,horn Separate 12volt starter battery with own alternator. 240 volt ring system also fed by shore power through Victron transformer galvanic isolater and 3.0 KW Victron inverter/charger. AC and DC distribution panels. New Diesel 3.5kw Generator.
Plumbing:- Hot and cold pressurized water system .Water heated by eberspasher or emersion element in 14 gallon clarifier water tank.
Equipped with bow thrusters, Eberspacher (Diesel) heater. Central heating, solid fuel morso stove burner installed. Victron multi charge inverter
Central heating :- heater feeding five double radiators and one towel rail
Lovely boat has to be seen to be fully appreciated. Genuine reason for sale.
Boat safety certificate Due 28.10.10 but will be certified before sale, recently blackened and engine serviced.
Also availble is a 27 year marina car parking lease with mooring rights if required at an extra cost, saving alot of money in marina fees. |

White plywood hull, red sales approx 6177 number, alluminium mast, wooden boom, tiller, center board etc.
road trailer, lights and number plate. 3 boyancy aids. cover.
TThe stern seat area is rotten, just the top plywood panel. the rest is OK but you would need to replace this rotten panel and use the fibre glass tape round the edge.
A couple of the brass tacks are sticking up by a mm on one side seat.
Not used for 8 years. but blue cover is completely water proof. |
