Opportunities to get afloat inexpensively are rare these days but if you would like to dip your toes into boat ownership without breaking the bank, Saint Chad may tick all of your boxes.
It would be fair to say that the paintwork needs some attention and there is also some internal water damage around some of the windows, but this would make a great little starter boat if you are handy with a paintbrush and a basic set of tools. Some TLC would bring the boat back to her original spec.
Currently there is a 230V ring mainand consumer unit installed, but it should not prove too difficult to add an inverter/charger for mains power when away from a landline connection.
Typical Colecraft style and quality featuring their distinctive scalloped bulkheads between the galley and the saloon, providing a division of cabins but maintaining a spacious open plan feel. A rugged and slow running Perkins D3 diesel engine should provide ample power in a boat of this length.
