Gracie P is a delightful 36ft x 9ft 6in Dutch Barge, built by DeBroot, blending traditional character with practical living space. Finished with beautiful solid wood flooring throughout, she offers a warm, classic atmosphere full of charm, ideal as a permanent floating home, leisure craft, or cosy retreat. Constructed from robust steel with a V-bottom hull, ply cabin sides and large bus-style windows flooding the interior with natural light, she feels both sturdy and bright, perfect for enjoying life on the water.

Power comes from reliable twin Ford 120 six-cylinder diesel engines with Velvet Drive gearboxes, delivering smooth performance for cruising. She carries approximately 30 gallons of fuel and 80 gallons of water. Comfort is well catered for year round: hot water is provided via calorifier or gas heater, central heating is blow air type, and there is a solid fuel stove that adds both warmth and a lovely focal point to the living space.

The electrical setup includes both 12v and 240v power, supported by two starter and three leisure batteries plus one solar panel, giving you flexible power options for everyday use. Accommodation sleeps two comfortably, with a fixed double berth in the aft cabin, and there is even potential to add more berths if required. The open layout feels spacious and welcoming, designed for relaxed living.

The galley is fully functional with a Thetford cooker and a fridge/freezer, so you can cook and store food just like at home. The bathroom offers full convenience with a cassette toilet, shower and vanity basin, completing the domestic facilities on board. She holds a Boat Safety Certificate valid until November 2026, providing reassurance on compliance and safety standards along with maintenance upkeep shown by being blacked in 2022.

When you buy a boat from us you pay all monies in to our company clients trust account which means that the buyers and sellers money is protected. This is the same account that solicitors set up for house sales .This money does not belong to the company it belongs to the buyer until the sale is complete and then we pay the seller from the company clients trust account. We cannot release the money from the Clients Trust Account to the seller until the vessel has been accepted and handed over to the buyer because if there was a fault with the vessel and the buyer refused to accept it and wanted their money back we could not do this because the seller would of already had the money. This could become a very costly and messy problem for all parties.

This money never enters our company current account. This also means that we cannot use customers money for other purchases/reasons. If at any point the company went bust then the buyers/sellers money is safe and it would go back to the rightful owner of the money.

We have had this company clients trust account set up from day one to protect our customers money. This account is a secure holding account. We pay the seller monies due from this account when the buyer has signed to accept the vessel. Payment is made from this account to the seller by cheque from the clients Trust Account which is protected guaranteed funds.
