Description

Layla is a 58ft Cruiser Stern built by Pro-Build and fitted out by Black Prince Narrowboats in 2011. The boat is exceptionally well fitted out and ready to go from Day 1 as either as a Hire Boat or for Private use. Between 2017 and 2022, Layla was run as a Hire Boat under the name ‘Karma Waters’ and remains ready to be run as a hire boat upon the completion of the necessary CRT Licences. Since 2022, the boat has been used privately by the vendor and remains well set up as a live aboard.

Both the interior and exterior have been professionally maintained and the boat can provide accommodation for up to six people. She is powered by a Four cylinder Canaline 42 (Kioti) diesel engine together with Newage 150 gearbox. Despite being an ex-Hire boat, Layla has very low engine hours for her age and has been well maintained with with additional external oil filter for better oil filtration and engine life.

There is a recent survey from October 2022 which concluded the boat to be ‘structurally sound’. A copy of this survey is available on request.

Layout: Entry from Bow, Saloon, Galley, Bathroom 1, Bedroom 1, Bathroom 2, Bedroom 2, Cruiser Stern.

Saloon: TV, L-Shaped Sofa which converts to bed, fold away dining table, radiator, Lino flooring throughout.

Galley: Caprice MKIII Gas Cooker with 4 x rings, Fridge Freezer, Cupboards, 12V USB points for charging.

Bathroom 1: Tecma Macerator Toilet, Vanity unit with sink, Mirror, Blinds, Storage Cupboards.

Bedroom 1: Fixed double bed, 2 x reading lights, full sized cupboard, radiator, window, curtains, electronic safe.

Bathroom 2: Tecma Macerator Toilet, Vanity unit with sink, Full size shower with bi-folding doors, Jabsco Shower Waste Pump.

Bedroom 2: Fixed double which can be configured as two singles. Full height cupboard, Doors to stern.
