We are selling our beloved 'Frances' - a 60ft cruiser stern narrowboat.

Moored in Stanstead Abbotts. Possibility of securing the mooring (but not guaranteed)

Built by Marine Builders in 2001, she has been completely renovated in the past few years and is now fitted out to an exceptional standard. The windows are huge, making the boat really light and airy throughout. The stern deck is a nice big area, making her a perfect boat for cruising with friends as well as an excellent live aboard.

Frances is a reverse layout, you enter at the stern straight into the bedroom. There is plenty of storage with 2 wardrobe spaces including 3 x hanging rails, a chest of drawers and under bed storage. 2 people have comfortably lived aboard.

The bathroom has a cassette toilet, basin and shower.

The galley has a lovely kitchen including a washing machine and fridge and hot water boiler (installed 2024).

Morso Squirell log burner and a huge Loaf sofa which is 2.3m long - we took the window out to get the sofa in! Can be included.

6 x radiators and a new Webasto system installed Oct 2024. This means there are two options for hot water.

4 leisure batteries 110ah - brand new installed Aug 2025

12v sockets as well as 240v sockets and a 2500w sterling inverter & battery charger
