Accommodation
Carpeted throughout, the boat contains the following:
Living / Dining
L-shaped sofa, which converts to a double bed. There is also a desmo table with two legs as well as a TV with aerial and storage.
Kitchen
Spacious kitchen area, which comes complete with 240v Proline fridge with ice box, tiled work top with integrated sink and drainer. Free standing gas cooker / grill / hob as well as ample storage.
Bathroom
Contains a Sealand Traveller pump out toilet, shower with curtain and tray as well as a sink and storage.
Bedroom
Contains two single beds in the rear cabin, which can be converted to a double.
Equipment
The boat comes complete with front canopy and cratch. It has Eberspacher central heating, which feeds two low level radiators and which also provides hot water via a 45l calorifer. At this moment the Eberspacher doesn't seem to fire and likely has an electrical issue. It could easily be swapped for Webasto or similar.
There is one starter and one domestic battery, with space for a second.
It also contains a Sterling inverter (1800w), Victron Blue Power 20amp charger and gas cylinders to the rear of the boat, which supplies the gas cooker.
The boat was last blacked in 2017 and has a current Boat Safety Certificate, which expires in December 2022.
