Dragon was built in 1990 (builder unknown). It has a traditional stern and a spacious engine room. Dragon has a solid hull and would be ideal for a buyer with vision who is willing to spend some time on improvements.
General layout - after the engine room, there is a double cabin area followed by a bathroom, galley and saloon. At the far end of the saloon, there are doors into the very spacious front cockpit/workshop? with a new cratch cover. The flooring from the bathroom to the start of the saloon is quarry tiles. The remainder of the flooring is wood. Windows are a mix of portholes, rectangular narrowboat windows, 2 sets of side doors in the saloon area and 3 roof hatches. The fit out is generally in substantial solid wood.
Recent works to Dragon include overplating the entire base plate and 2 pack epoxy on the hull in January 2024. The roof has been stripped, primed and raddle red topcoat applied in November 2024. The BSS certificate runs to Nov 2027 and a recent hull survey performed November 2023
