Pottergate II is a 57' traditional design narrowboat built in 2005. She has been very conscientiously prepared for sale by her current owner so that her next owner can move straight onboard. She is also available with the option to take over her prized, fully transferable, residential mooring at Aquavista's flagship London marina at Limehouse.

This very smart boat was repainted externally to a high standard in 2025 when she was also redecorated throughout internally and her Beta Marine diesel engine has just been fully serviced by TM Marine.

From the bow, which benefits from ample seating for four on her spacious bow deck and is protected by a recent canopy, one enters her wonderfully light and spacious, open plan, saloon and galley. A powerful Morso multi-fuel stove provides ample heating - parts for the installation of a back boiler are included in the sale so that, should her new owner wish, the stove can power radiators throughout the length of the boat which are already installed and plumbed in. The current owner has also just fitted two large, roof mounted, steel boxes to provide dry log storage. These boxes can be removed and stored onboard when navigating low bridges and tunnels.

The saloon contains a large, three seater, sofa bed which is included in the sale and the galley is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, over, grill and four burner hob. The galley features great storage and work top space and instant hot water is provided by a new boiler.

Pottergate II's bathroom has a fitted shower with folding glass door, wash basin and a cassette toilet. Her spacious bedroom in the stern of the boat features a double bed (including new mattress) and lots of fitted storage (further storage is available under the bed).

Her electrical systems are managed by Victron (galvanic isolator, invertor and battery charger) and her current owner advises that the solar power fitted, powers the lighting (low consumption LED spotlights throughout) and fridge all year round.

Tube - the Elizabeth Line transports boat owners at both marinas from Canary Wharf to Bond Street, in the heart of the West End, in just 15 minutes.

DLR – for Limehouse boat owners, Limehouse station to Bank station is a 10 minute trip and for Poplar boat owners, Blackwall station to Bank station takes just 12-14 minutes.

Boat (!) using Uber Boat by Thames Clippers, Canary Wharf to London Bridge is a15 minutes cruise…the ultimate way to arrive at work or start an evening out on the town!
