Evelyn’s Joy is a 50 foot all steel narrow boat built by R& D Fabrications in 1992. She is powered by a marinised 1.5 BMC diesel engine with Hurth gearbox which is located in the engine room at the stern of the boat along with the controls for the electrics and the inverter. From entering the main cabin from the engine room is currently being used as an office space but has previously been a double bedroom with full height hanging wardrobe.
